Hot Stone Massage, is a full body treatment that combines

begins with the placement of gently warmed stones on
specific locations of the body. Additional heated stones
are incorporated into the massage to deeply affect the
muscles and tissues of the body. The metamorphic and
igneous rocks used work with the human energetic system
restoring equilibrium to mind, body and spirit.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is a deep form of massage
performed with the therapist standing over the client,
holding on to parallel bars that are suspended from the
ceiling. The therapist works with their own body weight
and foot pressure to apply smooth, gliding movements.
The majority of the session focuses on the back of the
body and concludes with a European massage to further
address neck, shoulders, feet and any other area that needs
attention. It effectively relieves stress and tension, and
improves posture and flexibility. Prior to the start of the
session, the client will complete a full medical intake form
to determine if the technique is suitable. This truly is the
